The
honey
Our honey is gained from the nectar of many flowers.
It has a therapeutic role too, because of the many
flowers that are used, we can find in it Val d'Orcia
flor's most important nectars.
The bees gain the
nectar from ecologically healthy environment
and store it in
the beehive, as nutriment reserve. The apiarist opens
the beehive, takes out the honey and puts it
in dishes for a few days, until it's filtered.
Without any additional treatment, the healthiest
nutriment- is ready for consume.
